Salesman Gene, website ad and carfax all said vehicle purchased had all new tires. They did not. Contacted Gene and manager, Jake regarding. Did not get a response from either. Love the vehicle, very disappointed w tires and lack of reply EDIT: I received a call today from a senior sales manager, Michael Clark, today. My experience with west herr has been amazing. I have never been treated so well purchasing an automobile. Every person ,including the CEO ,has been a pleasure to work with. My sales pro ,Mike Tyson, goes through everything, every detail, every spec and never any pressure or games. They will inform you of warranties and all other packages etc they can provide but there’s no tactics. Truly professional. Same with the finance people. Just a smooth transaction. The original purchase was above perfect. Recently I took our Trax in to have a split rubber molding replaced. They parked my car outside, so I figured a 2-3hr wait. 32 minutes from the time I walked to the waiting room, I was told Sir please sign here your vehicle is ready. I was definitely amazed “32 minutes”! Everyone was super polite too including the sales manager whom originally sold me the car. This was my 1st purchase at West Herr Chevrolet. West Herr on West Henrietta Road is a great place to have your vehicle serviced. Very pleasant experience. I was notified of every step during my appointment for my complimentary first oil change and tire rotation. Christian was very pleasant and professional.

Justin in the service department was phenomenal to deal with. Unfortunately had a few issues with other dealerships servicing my gmc sierra but Justin was super professional, provided accurate time estimates, issued a loaner that was new and clean, and filled me in on the process they were making at critical checkpoints. West Herr is lucky to have him and my family and I will only be going to Justin with our service needs.

While I have used West Herr for service for a number of years with great satisfaction, I had an unfortunate experience with their sales department. The sales manager gave a low-ball offer for my trade-in (WAY below Kelly Blue Book) after receiving a solicitation email offering 110% of the Kelly Blue Book value for my trade. I wound up trading the car for a new EV at a local competitor who offered me thousands more for the trade on the same vehicle purchase I attempted at West Herr.
I would like to talk about Lorie my sales person. She listened to my needs and gave me choices. She was very kind and took into consideration that I’m on a fixed income. My next lease I will return to Lorie.

This is a rather long missive, but I feel you need to know the whole story. We are loyal Toyota owners for many years now. Everything went good when purchasing my truck besides the check engine light turning on not once but two separate times after purchasing the truck. After I purchased the truck during my 60 day warranty. I contacted Mike Tyson who dealt me the truck, with the problems I had. Sales men are awesome. They did a great job getting me into the truck I always wanted. The bad experience I had was with the service department. They said my truck wouldn't pass inspection it needed a lot of work to pass. That same day I went somewhere else to get an inspection and it passed inspection no problem.

Dan Dettorre and Austin Kelly worked very hard to find me a vehicle to fit my needs. They are very fair and courteous. I wish GM could have supplied the vehicle I needed because these guys are great to work with. I did not get a vehicle through them but I will always give them the first shot as they earned my business even if GM couldn't provide the vehicle I needed. I can say for sure they are a great team.

I am very disappointed in the communication and eagerness from this dealership. My truck has been in West Herr’s possession for almost a week without even being looked at.
