I had a fantastic experience from start to finish! Got the exact car I wanted at the price I wanted. Alonzo Turney was my sales rep and helped me every step of the way. Went above and beyond. Even saving a seat pillow from my old car that I traded in!

⭐️ 1 STAR — Absolutely Horrible Service Department I’ve bought and leased 5+ vehicles from West Herr and have referred countless people to them. I’ve always had great experiences with the sales department, but the service department is a completely different story. I scheduled my 2024 Chevy Equinox EV over a week ago for an inspection, a recall, and a service issue. I was specifically scheduled with an EV technician and was told there was no loaner available. My appointment was at 10:00 AM. I showed up on time, checked in, and told them I would wait because I live 40 minutes away and had no way home. So I sat there for almost FIVE HOURS. Finally, around 3:00 PM, I was told they weren’t even going to get to my vehicle today. Now I’m being told it could be another 2–3 weeks before they can get me back in. Even worse, I was basically told I’d be better off finding somewhere else to service my vehicle. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? If you were that backed up, WHY DID YOU HAVE ME MAKE THE APPOINTMENT AND DRIVE 40 MINUTES TO SIT THERE FOR FIVE HOURS? You knew what the appointment was for when I scheduled it. This service department is completely disorganized, has terrible communication, and clearly has no respect for customers’ time. After years of being a loyal West Herr customer and sending plenty of people their way, I can honestly say I will think twice before ever recommending West Herr again — and I definitely won’t be trusting this service department with my vehicle. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle somewhere else.

Salesman Gene, website ad and carfax all said vehicle purchased had all new tires. They did not. Contacted Gene and manager, Jake regarding. Did not get a response from either. Love the vehicle, very disappointed w tires and lack of reply EDIT: I received a call today from a senior sales manager, Michael Clark, today. We had a conversation and bottom line-he went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I am very impressed with the follow through and the resolution provided. A+ for West Herr Chevrolet!

My experience with west herr has been amazing. I have never been treated so well purchasing an automobile. Every person ,including the CEO ,has been a pleasure to work with. My sales pro ,Mike Tyson, goes through everything, every detail, every spec and never any pressure or games. They will inform you of warranties and all other packages etc they can provide but there’s no tactics. Truly professional. Same with the finance people. Just a smooth transaction. This is our 2nd vehicle from west Herr. Undisputed best dealership!

This is my 2nd truck from West Herr. My salesman, Mike Tyson, was extremely helpful. He got me the maximum equity out of my old truck, which I needed at the time. He got me into a lease on my new truck which fit my low miles driving(<5000 miles per year). So far I'm very happy with their service and professionalism. In fact when I was waiting to take delivery- which was the same day- my previous salesman, Casey Brown from 2.5 years ago, came over and said hi. You can tell that everyone works together there as a team.

The original purchase was above perfect. Recently I took our Trax in to have a split rubber molding replaced. They parked my car outside, so I figured a 2-3hr wait. 32 minutes from the time I walked to the waiting room, I was told Sir please sign here your vehicle is ready. I was definitely amazed “32 minutes”! Everyone was super polite too including the sales manager whom originally sold me the car. This was my 1st purchase at West Herr Chevrolet. West Herr on West Henrietta Road is a great place to have your vehicle serviced. Very pleasant experience. I was notified of every step during my appointment for my complimentary first oil change and tire rotation. Christian was very pleasant and professional.

The sales and service team were a pleasure to work with during the buying process. They were attentive to what I was looking for in a vehicle and went above and beyond to ensure my experience was outstanding. I was very surprised as how well everyone that I had talked to was able to explain the process of how I would end up with the truck That I wanted to drive home that day . I had many questions , and all were answer. So that I could understand . I will let all of my friends no of my experience..

Justin in the service department was phenomenal to deal with. Unfortunately had a few issues with other dealerships servicing my gmc sierra but Justin was super professional, provided accurate time estimates, issued a loaner that was new and clean, and filled me in on the process they were making at critical checkpoints. West Herr is lucky to have him and my family and I will only be going to Justin with our service needs.
