This is a rather long missive, but I feel you need to know the whole story. We are loyal Toyota owners for many years now. We decided to look into getting a Tundra to tow our 22’ camper, thinking it was too much for our Tacoma. Everything went good when purchasing my truck besides the check engine light turning on not once but two separate times after purchasing the truck. After I purchased the truck during my 60 day warranty. I contacted Mike Tyson who dealt me the truck, with the problems I had. Such as, the truck being completely dirty when it was said to have been “detailed”. Just got my new 2025 Equinox LT & absolutely love it. Bill Lytle was the salesman & he couldn't have made it any better or easier to do. We NEVER write company reviews but felt this one was a must! Yesterday we stopped into the dealership on a whim. After looking around the lot we went into the showroom and were immediately greeted by Conor Holmes (salesperson). My experience at West Herr dealership buying a new truck was excellent. There was no pressure from the salesman and everybody was very helpful and I ended up getting exactly what I wanted and a very reasonable price.

Sales men are awesome. They did a great job getting me into the truck I always wanted. The bad experience I had was with the service department. They said my truck wouldn't pass inspection it needed a lot of work to pass. That same day I went somewhere else to get an inspection and it passed inspection no problem.
Sales are respectful and attentive. Continued communication on a weekly basis regarding the vehicle order placement. All team members were very professional.

Everything was done as expected. This was my first visit for maintenance. It was the only free visit with the purchase of a new vehicle. All went well.
I called they said I could use my free oil change any Chevy dealership I get there and they did not honor it. They told me all the dealerships would be fine that didn’t happen.
Went to west Herr Chevy for warranty work and oil change. They were wonderful very polite and professional. Made me feel like a value customer This was my first visit with my 2024 Trax. I will definitely continue being a customer
Dan Dettorre and Austin Kelly worked very hard to find me a vehicle to fit my needs. They are very fair and courteous. I wish GM could have supplied the vehicle I needed because these guys are great to work with. I did not get a vehicle through them but I will always give them the first shot as they earned my business even if GM couldn't provide the vehicle I needed. I can say for sure they are a great team.
Bob Thompson was the sales person I worked with.... everything went very well. I bought a 2016 GMC Canyon. I thought the price for a used car was high at 30k but the truck has every thing and was shined-up-nice. Everything is overpriced these days. I am very disappointed in the communication and eagerness from this dealership. My truck has been in West Herr’s possession for almost a week without even being looked at. I informed the employee I needed it back by a certain date and the date is coming up without any diagnosis. I purchased this vehicle 3 months ago and it has been back to the dealer twice. I utilized the opportunity to text about my service without responses 2x, the communication is less than impressive.

I had made this appt. primarily to get my car inspected-when I rec'd coupon for lower price -I also did oil change and rotated tires. everything was done . and I waited in the lounge-which was very comfortable .

Worst service I have ever received at a dealership. Will not go back there again. I went in to the dealership I bought my car at for an inspection. Was told I needed new rear break pads to pass inspection and the rotors were getting rusty, the front pads were getting low and should be replaced but pass inspection for now. I was also told that my cabin air filter should be replaced and my left front differential was leaking but only the rear breaks had to be done to pass inspection. I Purchased a 2023 Tahoe LS from West Herr Rochester, and it was truly a pleasant experience. On a scale of 0-5, I rate it five.
Service is a completely different story… I rate it zero. I took the Tahoe, with four hundred miles on the odometer, in for service on May 18th because it was flashing all types of error messages, which were diagnosed as being caused by a faulty injector. Service was great! Just don’t understand why it cost me 1200 dollars to put breaks on a 2021 Silverado trail boss. The truck has 16500 miles on it! They wouldn’t even give me any discount in price. If I have another issue with it looks like I will be taking it somewhere else. Wasn’t the mechanic that did the work. He did a fine job.

We bought a car seven (7) months ago and were very pleased with both the deal and the service. Yesterday, I received a refund check from the dealership with a memo, "Waste tire fee charged in error". Who does that? Very cool!

I never have to worry about being overcharged for their services, because they are a dealership instead of a garage. I was offered a ride to pick up my car when it was done, by Alex, who was in charge of reporting to me while my car was being worked on. He gave me a discount on the total cost as well which was nice. And, he did a "report" for me to read on the work that was done on my car, rather than just a receipt.

Everyone there are so nice they take very good care of customers. Alex and Tom and Mike in service are the best. Not sure if the name of the young man that checked me in for my car service but he was very nice as well. My husband and I keep coming back because of the great service we get.
